Tell us how you work.

We can teach you to stack lumber. We can't teach you to show up. This takes about 10 minutes. There are no trick questions, just be straight with us. Short answers are fine.

1. The basics
18 or older?
Reliable ride to Olathe?
Valid driver's license?
We start at 8. Mon to Thu till 4:30, Fri till noon. Can you work that every week?
This job means lifting lumber all day, outside, in heat and cold. Can you do that, with or without reasonable accommodation?
2. What you've done
Run any of these before? Check all that apply.
3. How you think

No right answers here. We're looking for honest ones.

The work

Real talk: most days start with stacking, sorting and moving lumber. Same motion, thousands of times, in whatever weather Colorado throws at us. The people who stick around get to learn the equipment and the mill.

Week three. You're sore, it's hot, and it's the same pile you started Monday. What keeps you coming back?

Where you're headed

Rate yourself, 1 (working on it) to 5 (dialed in). We'll check with your references.
Taking correction without getting defensive
Working without someone watching
Sticking with hard, boring work
Learning new skills fast
Doing what I said I'd do
